Private Chef French with international experience, I have built my career within some of the most demanding culinary environments. Trained in hospitality school, I have more than 10 years of experience. Indeed, I began my career in the Turks & Caicos Islands, at the fine dining restaurant of the Amanyara resort, where I developed a kitchen, elegant and deeply oriented towards the customer experience.
I then worked as a Private Chef for Crave TCI and Beach Enclave, accompanying luxury villa stays for an international clientele. My journey then continued in London within the prestigious Soho House. There, I refined my sense of rhythm, service, and contemporary cuisine. These experiences allowed me to master the essential codes of private cheffing: discretion, anticipation, and absolute personalisation of service.
My vision of cuisine
My name is Sarah, a passionate private chef, a natural sports enthusiast, and the mother of two young daughters. To begin with, I built my cuisine through travels and encounters, between France, the Caribbean, London, and Thailand. A journey shaped by inspiring chefs and diverse cultures who believed in me.
Today, I come to your table to create genuine moments. I see cuisine as a poetry, a sincere way of offering a unique experience where each plate tells a story. Naturally, I love creating dishes that feel alive, playing with textures, contrasts, and expressing a single ingredient in multiple forms.
Moreover, I have been greatly influenced by the flavours of Asia. Its deep flavours, its spices, its broths, its fresh herbs…
It is a culture that has marked and nourished my imagination every day. This cuisine has taught me to cook with the heart as much as with technique.
Used to working with international families and long stays in villas and chalets, I bring to your home my high standards and my genuine desire to share
moments of pure pleasure. In addition, my cuisine highlights seasonal ingredients, as well as products from the sea and the land, in a refined approach designed for your comfort.
My presence is adaptable: discreet when necessary, available when the experience invites connection.
